Job Description: The Xcel Training department’s mission statement is “To provide Xcel members with safe and effective solutions through professional guidance and education.” Xcel Trainers are highly educated human movement specialists who are passionate about getting results for their clients. Trainers administer a functional analysis to design and implement a corrective exercise program, followed by a systematic 7 phase progression continuum to ensure maximum results. Eliminating muscle imbalances, correcting posture, core strengthening, balance, and progression are vital components of the Xcel Training philosophy. Qualifications: Self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals with education and training in exercise programming. Qualified applicants must possess a nationally recognized certification and/or Bachelor’s degree in the field. The most highly qualified applicants will carry both a Bachelor’s Degree and be NASM-certified. Past exercise programming and training experience is a plus, but not required. A qualified applicant will also possess strong sales and marketing skills to attract and build a successful client base. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________
