A Few Quick Instructions...

Signing in as a first time client or as a client that has already purchased Kinesis:

  1. Under the section "Is this your first time?" enter in your first and last name. Once you have completed this step, select "next". If your name shows up, click the "This is me" option.
  2. You will now be asked to fill out your information to set up your own account. Upon completion, you will be automatically logged in and ready to enroll in class or purchas additional sessions.
  3. On your next visit, you will only need to sign in by entering your username and password under the "Been here before?" section.

Enrolling in a class and purchasing sessions:

  1. From the schedule page, find the class you would like to attend and click on the "Sign Up Now" icon located next to the time slot. Make sure you confirm the date.
  2. Choose either a single reservation or you can choose to make multiple reservations by using the recurring option.

Cancelling a reservation:

  1. Log into account, select "My Info" tab on the right side of the screen.
  2. Select "My Schedule". This action will take you to your reservation schedule.
  3. You may cancel any reservation by locating the appropriate class and selecting the "cancel" option on the right hand side of the screen.
  4. All cancellations must take place with 24 hour notice to avoid being charged for the class. All no shows will be charged.
