Starting as a massage therapist in 2006, along with a blooming love for fitness and how the body works, I became interested in the complimentary benefits of strength training and body work. I specialize in trigger point therapy myofascial techniques, sports massage, and rehab work. I love doing meticulous, detailed body work and carry the same attention over to my training. I want to educate people on how their bodies work so they can increase their body awareness and understand how to take care of themselves and enjoy the body they have been given. I enjoy working with people who are just starting out and want to learn the basics of fitness, to the athlete that wants to fine-tune their mechanics. My goal is to help people feel and move the best they can so they can experience to the fullest the things they like to do.
When I'm not at the gym, I like to hang out with my husband and dogs, snowboard, dirtbike, hike and drink lots of coffee.
