I’m a movement and health enthusiast that enjoys helping others through cultivating relationships. I’ve been an athlete my whole life and have been working in the fitness industry since I was 16. My number one interest is empowering people to become mentally and physically healthier.  After competing in Crossfit at a high level I sustained a serious back injury, to which my doctor advised that I shouldn’t ever lift weights again. This injury forced me to take a more holistic approach to my training. Integrating positional work, respiration exercises, stress management, and other healthy lifestyle habits has allowed me to continue to do what I love, pain free. I believe what I have learned can help anyone that has been sidelined by injury or chronic pain to still train and stay fit. Outside of the I enjoy seeing live music, spending time outdoors, and studying philosophy and theology.
