I have watched the industry go in every which direction possible over my 20+ years of experience in the fitness industry. I have built my knowledge on what works for specific populations and that consists of scientific principles that have evidence-based research backing their validity. I might not give you the most flashy workout, but it will be effective to what your fitness goal might be.\
I have a well-rounded background consisting of: group fitness, yoga, endurance training, one-on-one personal training, olympic and power lifting.
My hobbies include spending time with my daughter while enjoying the many outdoor activities that Utah provides. Hiking, Mtn Biking, and not to mention all the quality cheeseburger joints that are located in the Salt Lake Valley.
