I've been in the fitness industry since 1999 and I've seen a lot of trends/fads come and go. I believe that it is important to adopt changes to your lifestyle that are easy to implement and most importantly changes that are sustainable for long term. I believe that a client knows best what changes are best for them and I am here to guide and give advice on which changes to implement. I also believe that basic human movements should be the foundation of a sound strength training program. Just because an exercise looks cool doesn't mean that it is beneficial. I have worked with many types of clientele throughout my career from those wanting weight loss to injury rehab.
In my spare time I enjoy mountain biking, lifting weights, watching movies, and hanging out with my 2 boys.
