Joshua has been in the fitness industry for over 15years.  He started programming work out programs and spent 8 years as a Fitness Consultant which included nutrition planning and meal plan preperation, exercise design of strength training and cardiovascular exercise, and body composition testing.  Spent a few years working in Park City as a program director for a national Fitness Camp Program while working as a Crossfit coach at the same time.  Currently Josh coaches weightlifting and crossfit.  He has taken his weightlifters to local and national competitions and enjoys competeting himself once in a while holding the Masters State Records in Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and total.
