Kris grew up in Southern California where she enjoyed dancing and playing many sports...anything that kept her moving. After she had her first child, she grew even more passionate for health and fitness. Kris completed the Full Comprehensive Pilates training through Balanced Body and went on to become certified in Barre and TRX.
Kris brings her own personality and style to her classes which keeps clients having fun while working their way to a stronger, healthier lifestyle. Her deep understanding of the body and how it moves will help you to get the results you want in your training.
