Mackenzie has been in the Fitness industry for 10 years with over 8,000 lifetime personal training sessions serviced and over 3,000 lifetime group X classes taught.
She specializes in Fat Loss Circuit training, Fitness Nutrition, and overcoming Mindset challenges as it relates to setting and achieving goals. Mackenzie has also had first hand experience with postpartum weightless and recovery. Mackenzie successfully overcame challenges with diastasis recti and pregnancy weight gain after the birth of her baby in July 2015 and She has since assisted many other women in overcoming these same challenges.
Mackenzie is certified through the National Acedamy of Sports Medicine with certifications in: Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, and Fitness Nutrition. Mackenzie is also certified as a Group Fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America

Mackenzie loves staying active with her Husband, her daughter, and her American bulldog. They currently enjoy many outdoor sports: hiking, cycling, and paddle boarding. Mackenzie has bike raced in the MS 175 and has run marathons: Park City, SoJo, and Deseret News. She also enjoys dancing, having danced professionally for the Utah Blaze in 2009, and again in 2013.
